I'm a freelance Digital designer with 8 years of experience. I’m focused on designing experiences that are intuitive, expressive and that perform.

With a user centred approach, I’m passionate about using design to solve problems and improve whole experiences; as well looking at the small creative details and interactions that can make websites more enjoyable.

Since graduating from (MA) Graphic communication in 2010 I have been working with a wide range of agencies, freelance clients and e-commerce companies. I beleive in making the most of the latest technology, industry knowledge and teamwork to guide my work.

Having recently spent a year in Australia, freelancing for companies such as Ogilvy and Optus, I’m back in the U.K and excited to take on new projects.

Freelance, January 2015 – Present

Refined my user interface, user experience and digital design skills whilst freelancing for agencies, e-commerce companies and freelance clients. Also worked in Sydney for agencies such as Imagination and Ogilvy. Please see my Linkedin for a more detailed list.

Interactive Designer, WCRS, June 2014 – Nov 2014

Worked as part of a large team developing web pages for one of America’s largest tech firms. My main responsibilities included Photoshop and UI. With several trips to Silicon Valley involving strict deadlines, this role required efficiency and the initiative to improve existing processes.My main responsibilities included Photoshop and UI. Senior Web Designer, Photobox, June 2011 – Apr 2014

My primary role as a senior designer was to improve the user experience and design across the site; this included managing re-designs, building responsive templates and planning user journeys.
Learnt techniques to improve the success of a design through analysing user behaviour, e.g, my re-design of the books range page, which led to a reduced bounce rate by 30% and improved customer conversion by 10%.
